Along with facilitating your Credit Union mortgage, our CU Realty Center can now represent you as Real Estate Agents.   In conjunction with a Credit Union mortgage you can receive a MEMBER COMMISSION REBATE up to 1% of the Contract Sales Price if our CU Realty Center represents you.  The home you purchase must be listed on  the Central Florida Multiple List with a commission paid to the "Buyer's Agent" or offered for sale by Builder Developer that pays a commission if you are represented by a Real Estate Agent.

Purchasing a Florida home for your new residence, vacation or investment is now easier and convenient with our "PROPERTY TO BE SELECTED" application process. We invite you to apply for a "credit only" automated underwriting PRE-APPROVAL.  Just fill out the secure online application or Print and Fax us your application leaving the property to be mortgaged blank.  If qualified, we'll send you a conditional commitment letter that can be a real advantage with your home search and purchase contract negotiating.  

Since Credit Union mortgages are exempt from Florida's Intangible Tax settlement collection you'll benefit with a closing cost savings equal to $2 dollars for each $1000 in mortgage amount.  If you've already found a home or considering refinancing, Credit Unions have a proven record of providing loan products at attractive rates.
